General

By placing an order you indicate that you agree with our Terms and Conditions. Hyper Forge reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions in the interim.

Cancellation of your order

Every order can be canceled without payment of a fine and without stating reasons, if not yet sent within 24 hours after you place the order. We request you to create a ticket in your account. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received.

If you have already paid for your canceled order, Hyper Forge will refund the paid amount within fourteen (14) days at the latest. If the order is canceled later, € 2.50 in administration costs will be charged.

Delivery

Delivery takes place while stocks last. Hyper Forge strives to send orders within 72 hours after receiving the payment. However, Hyper Forge is not required to do this. We ship via PostNL.

Prices

The prices mentioned in the articles are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are (unless otherwise stated) not included in the prices mentioned. Before the conclusion of the agreement the total price including shipping will be reported via our website. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors.

Zet errors

For the consequences of typesetting, typing and / or programming or programming errors on the site or other publicity mailings, e-mailings or on the internet, Hyper Forge can not accept any liability.

Shipping costs

A contribution is charged for packaging and shipping costs. As a contribution to the packaging and shipping costs, we ask a fixed amount. Payment

Payment of your order is possible only through PayPal.

Visibility period

Unless stated otherwise, after receipt of the order you have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement by e-mail without giving any reason and to return the order within the same term. Any payments made (excluding administration and shipping costs) will be returned within 14 days. There is no right to refund if the product has been used and / or is damaged or the order has been opened and / or is not returned in its original packaging. After the expiry of the approval period of 14 working days the purchase agreement becomes a fact.

Reservation of ownership

The ownership of the delivered products will only pass if the customer has paid all that the customer owes to Hyper Forge on the basis of the agreement (s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.

Liability

Hyper forge does not take any responsibility for customers typing error, missing information or Addresses being typed incorrectly during checkout. Hyper Forge is not liable for loss and / or damage to the goods during shipment. For some countries we might be able to offer the insurance on shipping, at an additional cost. If you want to make use of this, please mention this with your order. You will be then asked to pay the additional surcharge before the package is shipped out. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, we would like to hear this and will file a complaint with PostNL.

Data management

If you place an order at Hyper Forge, your data will be included in the client file of Hyper Forge. Hyper Forge adheres to the Personal Records Act and will not provide your details to third parties. See our Privacy Policy. Hyper Forge respects the privacy of the users of the internet site and ensures confidentiality of your personal data. Hyper Forge uses a mailing list, each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list.

Guarantee

Hyper Forge guarantees that the products delivered by it meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by parties to the purchase agreement and therefore guarantees the factory warranty of the product delivered to you.

Agreement

Hyper Forge reserves the right to refuse orders or assignments without giving reasons.

Images and specifications

All images, photographs, drawings, data concerning weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on the site of Hyper Forge are only approximate, are indicative and can not lead to compensation or dissolution of the agreement. It is not allowed to copy images and / or texts from the site of Hyper Forge without our permission.

Return and exchange of articles

We make every effort to inform you about the articles via our website. If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned. Contact us at info@hyper-forge.com stating the order number and the products you want to exchange / return.

A number of conditions apply to returns and / or exchanges (hereafter: returns):

The items to be exchanged must be reported as return within 14 working days after receipt at the delivery address via our ticket system.

The items to be exchanged must still be in the original state of shipment, be provided with attached labels and be returned in their original packaging.

A fully completed return form must be sent along with your order. This form will be e-mailed to you upon return request.

Items that you have bought in the sale with a discount of 40% or more may only be canceled in accordance with Article View Term and can not be exchanged.

The shipping costs of return are in accordance with the law for your own account. however, we will also process the calculated shipping costs during the payment process when returning the costs incurred.

The items that have been reported for return must be returned to us at the delivery address, but no later than within 14 working days after receipt of the order. Hyper Forge only accepts returns that are registered in the manner described above and for which the instructions indicated at registration have been followed. Returns that are not or not registered within the stipulated time will not be accepted. Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after registration and after receipt of the article (s).

Complaints

It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Hyper Forge. Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at info@hyper-forge.com. The postage for returning an item with a complaint will initially be charged to the customer.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, Hyper Forge has the right to, at its own option, suspend the execution of the order from a customer, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, such by communicating this to the customer in writing and without that Hyper Forge is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances by standards of reasonableness and fairness.

Applicable law and competent court

All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these Terms and Conditions, are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
